“Be comfortable with being uncomfortable!”

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Dixon Crypto Consulting Inc.

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, — a city that taught me grit, resilience, and the meaning of hard work.
From a young age, I learned what it meant to earn every step.
I worked alongside my father as a mechanic learning the meaning of hard-work, learned work-ethics from my uncle as a landscaper, mastering craftsmanship as a carpenter’s apprentice from my cousin, lastly, establishing discipline from my first official job as a high school custodian while in high school enabling me to develop a sense of balance early on.
All of those experiences shaped my mindset early: that success isn’t given — it’s built through consistency, focus, and the willingness to learn.
Around the age of twenty-four, I took a leap of faith and joined the United States Marine Corps, serving proudly from 2017 to 2025.
The Marine Corps didn’t just teach me leadership — it redefined my entire approach to life from discipline, professionalism, and especially my confidence — qualities that became the bedrock of my future in business. While serving as a Marine I preformed my Military Occupational specialty (MOS) or key billets and roles such as; Mobile Facilities Technician, Airspeed Instructor, and Recruiter & Military Enlistment Processing Station Liaison (MEPS).
My primary role was Mobile Facilities Technician (6499), where I specialized in the maintenance, setup, and integration of mobile aviation support equipment — the lifeline of Marine Air Group operations. My responsibilities ranged from electrical distribution and climate control systems to avionics facility readiness. During Operation Valiant Shield, I executed rapid deployment training alongside joint forces across Japan, Guam, and South Korea, ensuring all mobile facilities operated flawlessly under high-pressure, real-world conditions. That mission taught me how to adapt fast, troubleshoot under stress, and lead through action. It wasn’t just about technical skill — it was about accountability, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to the mission.
My secondary billet role was serving as a certified Airspeed Instructor, I led with integrity and purpose. My mission was to teach primarily United States Marines, Service Members and Department of Defense civilians the principles of Lean Six Sigma process improvement, a program designed to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve mission readiness across the fleet. I trained over a thousand personnel overall, empowering them to think critically, streamline operations, and strengthen overall unit performance. I took pride in developing leaders who could identify problems, create solutions, and execute with precision — because in the Marine Corps, every second counts, and every process matters.
Lastly, while preforming my special duty assignment Recruiting Duty, I proudly served the community as a Recruiter and MEPS Liaison, guiding young men and women through one of the most important decisions of their lives — becoming United States Marines. My role required equal parts leadership, mentorship, and empathy. I managed the administrative, medical, and aptitude screening processes for enlistees, ensuring every candidate met the high standards of the Marine Corps. More importantly, I helped them discover their potential — teaching them that discipline and confidence can transform their lives. Serving as a recruiter reminded me that leadership isn’t about authority — it’s about inspiring others to believe in themselves and take that first step toward greatness.
My overall career as a United States Marine, aloud me to guided young men and women through one of the most life-changing decisions of their lives — serving as their leader, mentor and guide.
I earned the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, multiple Letters of Appreciation, and the privilege of being called a leader of Marines.
The Marine Corps gave me confidence, discipline, and a code I still live by: Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
After the military, I shifted my mission — from defending freedom to creating it. I founded Dixon Crypto Consulting Inc., a firm built to help people understand cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the financial systems shaping the future.
My goal is simply: to bring awareness, information, and community to an industry often clouded by confusion. Through Dixon Crypto Consulting Inc., I help individuals and businesses navigate this new digital economy with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
Everything I do is rooted in purpose. I believe financial literacy and technological understanding are the foundation of true freedom — not just for ourselves, but for generations after us.
My mission is to teach, guide, and build systems that empower others to reach financial independence and long-term wealth.
I’m not just building a company — I’m building a legacy. A movement that bridges education, technology, and empowerment. Because I’ve learned through experience: if you stay disciplined, keep learning, and have the courage to take action — you can turn any vision into reality.

It all begins with an idea.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
